How to use:
• Before cleaning or lubricating, you must turn off the power
• Apply the silicone oil evenly on the inside of the belt and board
• Turn on the belt to run without any load at the lowest speed for a couple of minutes, as you push with hand fom above, so the oil can spread
• When using the treadmill more than 8 hours a week - apply the oil once a month
• When using the treadmill less than 3 hours a week - apply the oil once every 5 months
